Edinburgh-born sculptor Eoghan Bridge (b 1963) is known for his ceramic and bronze sculptures that explore the psychological relationship and bonds between animals and humans.

“Eoghan Bridge’s sculpture brings the representation of horse and rider to a new poetic place. Bridge’s horses are strong, beautiful and loving; the rider is vulnerable and trusting and when combined a powerful artistic chemistry happens. Geometry, humour and emotion are all there in a language uniquely his own.“

Tony Davidson, Director of Kilmorack Gallery

Eoghan Bridge now lives and works in Yorkshire. Public commissions include the ‘Horse, Rider, Eagle’ at Silvermills, Edinburgh.
